B.S. in Applied Technical Leadership

The USM Applied Technical Leadership (ATL) program is designed for working adults who are highly trained and experienced in their occupations or technical fields. It is designed specifically for adult learners who want to develop professional skills while earning a degree that will benefit their careers.

ATL students come from a variety of occupations including, but not limited to: medical technology, law enforcement, fire science, culinary arts, business operations, manufacturing, and facilities management. The program is dedicated to preparing students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to advance in their occupations to managerial level positions.
